What we are

CoreX Works delivers a fully governed IT platform owned, operated, and administered by us. Devices, configurations, and usage are standardized to reduce friction and eliminate ambiguity.

What we are not

We are not a help desk, a break/fix provider, or an outsourced IT department. We do not provide ad-hoc support, custom architectures, or exception-driven delivery.If you’re looking for flexibility, customization, or reactive IT services, CoreX Works is not a fit.

The Platform Model

CoreX Works operates on a platform-first model.We own and govern the platform.
Customers operate within clearly defined boundaries.This approach prioritizes:

Device Classes (High-Level)

CoreX Works platforms are organized around defined device classes.

Knowledge Worker Devices: Individually assigned, role-governed devices for professional productivity.
Shared / Frontline Devices: Non-personal devices designed for consistent, multi-user workflows.
Self-Service / Kiosk Devices: Highly constrained devices for unattended or guided interaction.
Clinical Devices (When Applicable): Devices governed under elevated discipline for clinical environments.

Devices are assigned intentionally and are not repurposed.

Training & Onboarding

Every CoreX Works engagement includes structured onboarding.Onboarding is:

Required
Time-boxed
Finite

Training exists to explain how the platform operates and what boundaries apply. It does not replace documentation, and it does not provide ongoing support.Once onboarding is complete, the platform operates as defined.

Clinical & Vision Pro (Conditional)

CoreX Works supports select clinical environments, including structured use of Apple Vision Pro in regulated workflows.Clinical platforms operate under elevated discipline and reduced tolerance for deviation. Vision Pro is deployed intentionally, governed by role, and used only for defined clinical purposes.This capability is not general-purpose and is evaluated case by case.
